If you have a custom SMTP that needs to be warmed up, you can connect it to Warmup Inbox very easily!

There are two options on how this can be done:

1) Using the SMTP-only option

Note: This option cannot be used in the trial, or using the Basic, Pro, or MAX plan. At the end of your connection, you will be asked to purchase a dedicated Send-only plan.

These are the information you need to gather for the connection:

Email Address:

SMTP username:

SMTP password:

SMTP host:

SMTP port:

SSL/TSL:

2) Using the trial, Basic, Pro, or MAX plan

With the free trial, Basic, Pro, or MAX plan you can connect your SMTP using the SMTP & IMAP option.

In this case, the email address for the IMAP connection must be the same email address as the one you specified in the SMTP.

This means, that if the email address you send your emails from doesn´t also have its own inbox, you won´t be able to connect your SMTP using the SMTP & IMAP option.

Note: the SMTP/IMAP option doesn´t work with Office365 accounts as they disabled the Basic authentication in 2023.

Why is the Send-only plan more expensive?

Our customers' inboxes can send up to 1,000 warm-up emails daily. To ensure the seamless operation of our inbox network, customers need to connect their IMAP to Warmup Inbox. This connection facilitates the successful delivery of emails and ensures that the inbox is adequately warmed up.

An SMTP-only inbox, which does not receive emails, becomes exclusive and unprofitable for other inboxes connected to Warmup Inbox. Consequently, the Send-only plan is priced at a premium.
