Adjusting your subscription level at Warmup Inbox, whether upgrading for more inboxes or downgrading to fewer, is a straightforward process. This guide provides clear instructions on how to modify your subscription effectively.
Steps to Upgrade Your Subscription
Navigate to the Billing Page: Go to the Billing page.
Click 'Edit': Find and click the "Edit" button.
Enter Total Inboxes: Specify the total number of inboxes you want after upgrading. This is the overall total, not just the additional number.
Example: If you have 1 Basic plan and want to upgrade to 2, change the number from 1 to 2 in the Basic plan section.
Click Pay: Check the amount to pay and click Pay to finish the upgrade.
Steps to Downgrade Your Subscription
Access the Billing Section: Visit the billing section of your account.
Adjust Inboxes Number: Reduce the number of inboxes to your desired total after downgrading.
Example: To downgrade from 4 Basic plans to 3, change the number from 4 to 3 in the Basic plan section.
Click Pay: Check the amount to pay and click Pay to finish the downgrade.
Important Notes
Total Inboxes: Always enter the total number of inboxes you aim to have post-adjustment, for both upgrades and downgrades.
Immediate Changes: Upgrades are effective immediately. Downgrades are only effective on your next billing cycle.
Billing Adaptation: Your billing will reflect the new inbox count in your subscription.
Special Note on Subscription Types
Annual vs. Monthly Subscriptions: If you have an annual subscription, you cannot switch to a monthly subscription within the same account. Users must maintain a single subscription type - either annual or monthly. This limitation is crucial when considering adjustments to your plan.
Modifying your subscription level, either to expand or reduce your inbox count, is easily manageable using these steps. For further assistance or inquiries, our customer support is always available.
