Warm-up Inbox offers a versatile solution for users looking to integrate their SMTP-only emails.

While there's a dedicated plan for SMTP-only emails, users can also leverage our standard plans (Basic, Pro, and Max) to achieve the same results without the associated costs.

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate this process.

Step 1: Understand Your Integration Options

Before diving into the technicalities, it's essential to understand the available paths:

  • Send-only Plan: Priced at $139/month, this option is for those who want a hassle-free, direct approach without any setup.

  • Standard Plans (Basic, Pro, Max): These plans allow you to connect a Send-only email but require a bit of preparation. You'll need to provide the SMTP credentials of your SMTP-only email and the IMAP credentials of another email.

You can use a free Gmail account for the IMAP requirement; Nonetheless, any other email solution with IMAP credentials will work.

Step 2: Setting Up Your Email for IMAP Integration

If you've chosen a Gmail account for the IMAP integration, follow these preparatory steps:

a) Enable IMAP:

  1. Navigate to your Gmail settings.

  2. Click on 'See all settings'.

  3. Go to 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP'.

  4. Ensure IMAP is enabled.

b) Enable 2-Step Verification:

  1. Access the Security section in your Google account settings.

  2. Under the "How you sign in to Google" section, activate the 2-step verification.

c) Create an App Password:

  1. Navigate to your Google Account.

  2. Select Security.

  3. Under "Signing in to Google," select 2-Step Verification. (You might need to sign in.)

  4. Scroll down and select App passwords.

  5. At the bottom, select 'Other' for the App and use "WUl" as the name.

  6. Tap Done.

For those using another email solution with IMAP credentials: Simply gather your IMAP credentials. You'll input these instead of Google's when prompted in the IMAP section.

Google IMAP Settings (if using Gmail as your IMAP solution):

  • IMAP Username: Your full email address

  • IMAP Password: Your app password

  • IMAP Host: imap.gmail.com

  • IMAP Port: 993

  • TLS: Enabled

Step 3: Integrating Emails into our tool

With your email ready, it's time to integrate them into Warmup Inbox:

  1. Log in to your Warmupinbox.com account.

  2. On the dashboard, click on the "Add inbox" button.

  3. Choose the "SMTP & IMAP integration" option.

  4. Provide the SMTP credentials of your send-only email.

  5. Note: In the "Email address" field during this step, input the IMAP email address. (Refer to the provided image for clarity.)

  6. Click "Continue".

  7. Finally, input the IMAP credentials of your receiving email.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate your SMTP-only email using Warmupinbox.com's standard plans.
