If you directly created your Godaddy Outlook inbox directly through Godaddy and do not have access to admin.microsoft.com under this account, you can get connected by following the steps below.

In order for us to establish a connection to an inbox, you will need to enable SMTP authentication access under your inbox. To do so...

  1. Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your GoDaddy username and password).

  2. Select Manage next to the user.

  3. Scroll down to Account information and select Advanced Settings.

    Advanced Settings
  4. Turn on the SMTP Authentication toggle.

  5. Select Continue to confirm you want to enable SMTP Authentication for this user.

Once SMTP authentication is enabled, you can then connect under the Add Inbox page using the "Other" option using the following SMTP and IMAP information.

SMTP Host: smtp.office365.com

SMTP Port: 587

Use SMTP SSL/TLS: Disabled

IMAP Host: outlook.office365.com

IMAP Port: 993

Use IMAP SSL/TLS: Enabled
