Here on Warmup Inbox, you have the ability to configure the rate at which your connected inbox performs Warmup activities to fit your needs. All definitions for each of the sending schedule terms can be found below.

Starting Baseline: The starting number of emails we should send on day one (1).

Increase Per Day: The number of emails we will increase by each day.

Max Sends Per Day: We will never send more than this number of new initial emails per day.

Reply Rate Percentage: We automatically reply to X percent of the emails that are received within your inbox. This does not control the reply rate of other people's mailboxes. These are additional emails added on top of the Max Send Per Day rate.

If you are just getting started with warming up a brand-new email address on the platform, below is the sending frequency we recommend in order to safely and reliably warm up a new domain to a steady daily send rate.

Basic:

Starting Baseline: 0

Increase Per Day: 2

Max Sends Per Day: 75

Reply Rate: 25%

Pro:

Starting Baseline: 0

Increase Per Day: 4

Max Sends Per Day: 250

Reply Rate: 45%

Max:

Starting Baseline: 0

Increase Per Day: 4

Max Sends Per Day: 1000

Reply Rate: 65%

We primarily suggest sticking to this rate when you first get started since it's always the safer option to perform a slow and steady ramp-up of email activity over performing larger amounts of sending activity right away.

For inboxes that already are engaging in outreach or steady email activity, it would be safe to adjust your Starting Baseline value as you see fit upon its initial connection to the platform.
