If you are running into issues connecting your inbox to our platform under Microsoft and you are positive SMTP Authentication + IMAP access is enabled as seen in our setup article for Microsoft found here, please double check to make sure security defaults is DISABLED under this inbox. To do this...
1. Login under your Admin account and navigate to the Microsoft Admin Panel
2. Click on the "... Show All" button
3. Click on "Azure Active Directory"
4. Click on "Azure Active Directory" again after signing into Azure
5. Click on "Properties"
6. Click on "Manage Security Defaults"
7. Clicking this will bring up a side menu on the right hand side, select "No" and hit save.
This will deactivate all forced security checks for signing into Microsoft accounts under this domain/workplace and allow you to sync to Warmup Inbox as long as you correctly established your other settings.
