At Warmup Inbox, our mission is to help every sender build a strong email reputation and achieve better deliverability. Most of our customers connect inboxes that can both send and receive messages, since our warmup network thrives on realistic interactions like sending, replying, marking as important, and removing from spam.

But we know not every setup supports incoming mail. That’s why we created our Send-Only (SMTP-Only) plan—designed specifically for inboxes that can send emails but cannot receive them via IMAP.

How the Send-Only Plan Works

With this plan, you can connect any email account that uses SMTP only—for example, transactional systems or custom email infrastructures. To get started, all you need are your SMTP details:

  • Email address

  • SMTP username & password

  • SMTP host & port

  • SSL/TLS settings

These inboxes will then participate in the warmup network by sending warmup emails, even though they don’t receive replies.

Why the Send-Only Plan Is Priced Differently

Because SMTP-only inboxes don’t receive warmup emails, they don’t contribute the same way as full inboxes within our network. Maintaining this kind of integration requires additional resources, which is why the Send-Only plan is priced at a premium compared to our Basic, Pro, and Max plans. The price for the Send-only plan is $139 per month. When it comes to a sending limit, the Send-only plan allows you to send up to 150 warmup emails per day.

The Send-only plan subscribers can use all the features that are available with the Pro plan. The most used features are specific ESP warmup, scheduled warmup, the ability to choose custom warmup topics and language, or access to priority customer support.

Where can you find this plan?

Send-only is not located on our pricing page, but can be accessed by clicking on SMTP-only option (or any SMTP-only provider integration) and filling your SMTP credentials.

Common issue with the Send-only plan

The most common issue we are dealing with is a mismatch between the user´s subscription and the user´s inbox. Users tend to subscribe to our standard plan (Basic, Pro, or Max) but have a SMTP-only inbox (meaning an inbox can only send emails, not receive). During the connection process, they see a pop-up where they are asked to buy a Send-only plan even though they are subscribed.

The solution here is to find out if your inbox does not have an IMAP connection and cannot receive emails. If it has, you can use SMTP&IMAP option, where you will be prompted to use both SMTP and IMAP credentials. If not, your only option would be to subscribe to the Send-only plan.

We understand the connection process can be difficult, so if you ever face any issues, you can always contact us via our support chat or support email. We will always try to help you as soon as we can! 🙂
