Managing and warming up multiple email inboxes across your organization just got a lot simpler. Meet Corporate Invites, the easiest way to securely connect your team’s inboxes to your WarmupInbox account—without sharing login credentials.
In this guide, we’ll show you how Corporate Invites work, why they’re a game-changer for admins, and exactly how to get started.
What are Corporate Invites?
Corporate Invites let administrators generate secure invitation links that team members can use to add their email inboxes to the admin’s Warmup Inbox account.
Instead of coordinating credentials over email or chat, you can create a link, share it, and have your colleagues connect their inboxes in minutes.
How to create a Corporate Invite?
Step 1: Access Corporate Invites
Step 2: Configure Your Invitation
Single-use or Multi-use:
Single-use: The link works for one inbox only.
Multi-use: Multiple people can use the same link.
Plan Tier:
Choose Basic, Pro, or Max. Make sure your account has enough credits.
Tags (Optional):
Assign tags to categorize inboxes automatically.
Email Restrictions (Optional):
Limit who can use the link by specifying email addresses.
Expiration Date:
Set how long the link stays active (1–90 days).
Send Invitation Email:
Step 3: Generate the Link
Click Create Invite Link.
The system will:
Display the unique link.
Send emails if you enabled notifications.
Pro Tip:
If you didn’t choose automatic email sending, you can copy the link and share it manually.
Once your teammates receive the corporate invite, they will see your name, plan tier, any assigned tags, and the expiration date. Then they simply proceed to connect their inbox by filling in their inbox info (by providing SMTP/IMAP credentials or completing OAuth for Outlook, or filling in the email address and app password for Google inboxes).
How to manage Corporate Invites?
By accessing the Corporate Invites dashboard, you can track its status (pending, clicked, completed, or expired), copy links (for manual use), extend expirations, and revoke invites (instantly disable the invite).
What about security?
Each link contains a unique token as per the highest security standards. All actions that users make are logged on our side for auditing. And most importantly, email restrictions while connecting to the inbox limit unauthorized use.
We hope this guide helped you to understand the use of our new feature, Corporate Invites. Head to your Warmup Inbox account, create your first Corporate Invite, and start warming up your entire organization’s emails today.
