In order to sync your Elastic Email account to our platform, you will need to retrieve the associated SMTP settings.
Important: Since Elastic Email doesn´t support IMAP, this option cannot be used in the trial or using the Basic, Pro, or MAX plan. At the end of your connection, you will be asked to purchase a dedicated Send-only plan, which costs $139/month.
How to locate SMTP credentials in Elastic Email
In your Elastic Email account, go to the Settings and in the SMTP section, click on Create SMTP credentials. You will use these credentials in the Warmup Inbox connection.
How to connect Elastic Email to Warmup Inbox
Go to the Warmup Inbox, click on the Add Inbox button, and choose the SMTP Only option.
Email address: the email address you´ll be sending from in Elastic Email
SMTP username: the SMTP username you created in your Elastic Email account
SMTP password: the password you created in your Elastic Email account
SMTP host: smtp.elasticemail.com
SMTP port: 2525
SSL/TLS: NO
