In today´s article, we will look into two of the hottest features we have recently added. Both of them will help you, our users, to test out the effectiveness of the warmup in the real-time environment. Campaigns and Contacts feature go together in hand, where Campaigns work as a sending tool for your emails, while Contacts allow you to upload your contact list.
Campaigns feature that streamlines cold outreach and follow-up sequences for professionals and businesses. This new addition empowers users to launch automated, multi-step email campaigns directly from the platform, making personalized outreach easier than ever.
This is when the Contacts feature comes into play. Users can upload prospect lists via CSV, assign email content, and schedule messages based on time zones and preferred days. Each campaign can be fully customized with subject lines, email body content, and even specific sending accounts.

How to create a campaign?
1. Upload your own contact list in the Contacts feature
Contacts can be uploaded in CSV format. Please follow the rules below:
There is only one email address in each row
Email addresses should appear in the same column
The list should not have more than 2000 email addresses
The field names should appear in the first row of the list in order to categorize the list
We also offer an option to verify your contacts. For this case, we integrated with our sister company, EmailListVerify. This option is available at the final step once you upload your list and set up custom variables.
Note: We don´t provide a verified email list; we only clean the list you upload. If you are interested in the specific result status, please use the EmailListVerify tool.
In case we show 0 contacts in the uploaded email list, there might be a formatting issue with the file you uploaded. Don´t hesitate to send your file for review to our live support team or via email at [email protected]
2. Navigate to the Campaigns section
Simply click on the Add campaign button to proceed further
3. Customize Your Email Sequence
Specify the contact list you want to send the campaign to
Name your campaign and specify the sender account
Create a copy of the email, including the subject and body
Copy can be edited either via the Visual editor or the HTML editor
Tip: Use custom variables for personalization
4. Schedule the campaign
Specify the time zone, sending days, delivery period, and maximum number of emails sent per day.
Note: While the Campaign feature is still in the Beta period, the sending limit for each campaign is 50 emails per day
5. Review and launch your campaign
Make sure all the settings are correct, and click on Start sending.

Statistics of your campaign
We also provide various statistics about the launched campaigns. In the screenshot below, you can see the status of the campaign, the number of sent emails/scheduled for sending, and the percentage of emails that got replied to. In the actions section, you can simply pause/unpause your campaign, edit, or delete it.
The Campaigns feature is beneficial for anyone who relies on email outreach to connect with an audience, whether it's for sales, marketing, recruitment, customer support, or networking. It allows for efficient, scalable, and personalized communication, saving time and improving engagement rates.
