When connecting a Google inbox, you need to create a specific application password to establish a connection with Warmup Inbox. If you cannot locate this section in your Google account, or you receive an error: Your account can not use app passwords, this would be due to one of these two reasons:

1) 2-step verification is turned OFF

To check on this, log into your Google account and go to your Account:

Go to your Security settings and make sure that 2-Step verification is turned ON:

Once you turn it on, click on it to get to the app password page.

Alternatively, you can use this search bar to search for the app password section directly:

2) You need to log into your admin account and activate 2FA for your organization

Here are steps on how to do that:

1) Sign in to the Admin Console

Go to https://admin.google.com and log in with your administrator account (not your personal Google account).

2) Navigate to Security Settings

From the Admin Console Home page, go to Security. If you don’t see it, you may need to click on More Controls at the bottom.
In the Security section, you may need to click on Setup to find the security settings.

3) Access 2-Step Verification Settings

Click on 2-Step Verification.
Ensure that 2-Step Verification is enabled for your organization. You can enforce it for all users or leave it optional.

4) App Passwords Settings

In the Security settings, click on 2-Step verification, enter your password, and now you should see the section for App passwords.
